Not-for-profit community groups and charity organisations can use this form to apply to Council to hold a street stall for fundraising purposes at these locations:
Alstonville: 79-83 Main Street (in front of Alstonville Newsagency)
Ballina: 131 River Street (in front of Greater Building Society)
Lennox Head: 1/80-84 Ballina Street (in front of Cellarbrations)
This application is subject to location availability and approval from Council. Stallholders will also need to seek permission in advance from the above business that they apply to set up their street stall in front of.
Applications must be completed at least 14 days prior to the fundraising event to allow for assessment in accordance with our Fundraising and Street Stalls Policy. Approved fundraisers must abide by this Policy and have their letter of approval available to present to Council rangers if requested.
